Ricky Hewett-CEO

Ricky became Co-owner of Pinnacle Southeast through a relationship with his partner Robert Hair. Being a pastor at United Vision Pentecostal Church in Shallotte, he and Robert became close friend’s and the idea was conceived to create a new partnership in the construction field. Holding the same values in life, as well as business, they formed Pinnacle Southeast with the goal in mind to develop a company based in Christian values to deliver services to our area.
Ricky has 30 year’s experience in the construction industry serving the Brunswick County region. His skill set includes new home construction and renovations. He has worked in certain aspects of marine construction to include docks, piers, and bulkheads. He also works in light commercial construction for new work as well as upfits. In 2012, Ricky became a vendor for Duke Energy, performing upfits and remodeling for their nuclear facility in Southport, North Carolina; as well as project oversite for many contracts performed in their Facility Maintenance group and Security Group. Ricky still maintains good relations and continual work with Duke Energy.
Between his work in serving the church as full time Pastor, and project coordination for the construction field, he and his wife Cindy of 25 years has raised 3 children and now has 3 grandchildren with great success. His youngest daughter Bethany now works within the company helping build for the future success with new goals and visions for a modern era.
Rickys work ethic and drive comes from being taught at a young age of the importance of hard work, being respectful, and fulfilling commitments. He served 4 years in the Army National Guard as a Combat Medic with a national certification in ENT training, 5 years with a local volunteer at his local rescue squad, serving in youth ministries, Adult Sunday School teacher, Deacon, Associate Pastor, and now full time Pastor. His hobbies include fishing, wood working, and any activity on the water. He is pleased to be a part of a strong team that shares all these same values and being a part of building a generation company.
Dennis Holloway-Sales/Project Manager

Dennis joined Pinnacle Southeast Property Group, Inc. in 2023 after leaving a commercial development firm that dealt with commercial, development, and light industrial projects. He is a Licensed General Contractor with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Dennis is a graduate of UNC Pembroke with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
After college, Dennis worked at a family-owned building firm that dealt with design-build construction. Design aspects incorporated wood, light gauge steel, and heavy steel framing used in a variety of building types such as animal confinement, hangars, commercial storage, and multi-use space learning all aspects of the business. Dennis took over the role of Sales Manager and the company’s general contractor after working through the different roles of the business.
Dennis took over the role of Project Manager and General Contractor with a commercial restoration company for the next two years dealing with emergency fire, water, and storm damage. He received certifications in asbestos, lead, and mold remediation while dealing with projects throughout eastern North Carolina. Restoration and remediation work helped further develop a high degree of dealing with crisis construction and mitigating varying levels of damage both structural and emotional.
Dennis went out on his own in 2010 as a commercial general contractor. Projects ranged from work on Ft. Bragg Military Base to commercial ground-up and animal confinement buildings.
Dennis worked from 2015 with CF smith Property Group in Pinehurst as acting Director of Construction and General Contractor for the company. During his tenure at CF Smith, he was responsible for development, new construction, and renovations for commercial projects. The customer base ranged from corporate structures such as Starbucks, Jersey Mikes, Beall’s, Hibbett Sports, and Planet Fitness, to smaller entities such as Pee Dee Outfitters, Roses, and Freedom Fitness.
Dennis’s family include his wife Cindy, and his two daughters, Katie and Emma. His hobbies include hiking, fishing, scuba, camping, and strength training
